2025 Bemidji Downtown Dash - 5K

Join us for the 31st Annual Downtown Dash 5K! 🏃‍♂️🎉
Come run through the heart of downtown Bemidji on Saturday, July 5, 2025!

📍 Location: 3rd St. & Minnesota Ave.
🕖 Race Day Registration: 7:00am
🏁 5K Race Start: 8:30am (Chip-timed by Hero’s Timing)
👟 FREE Kids 1/2 mile Run: 9:15am (T-shirt not included)

🎽 First 150 5K runners get a T-shirt!
💲 $35 pre-registration | $40 race day

All proceeds support the Bemidji High School Cross Country Team.
