A cozy restful evening guided & supported by Kevin & Sasha.

Kevin will guide you into a series of cozy restorative postures with the support of blankets, bolsters & blocks. Each position will be held for 5-15 min, helping you to release tension & stress.

Sasha will provide hands-on gentle touch to help your muscles relax and ease into the posture. These adjustments will take you even deeper into a state of ease & restoration, surrendering into the support of your props.

At the end, enjoy extra time in your final resting posture for this practice, while Kevin offers a Crystal bowl sound experience.
