Empower Yoga - (Strength & Stretch)

Every Tuesday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.

The word Vinyasa means flow. In this class we will utilize this flow by starting with a few minutes of breathing, move towards light stretching, make our way up to strength building, and then cool down with some deep stretching yoga poses. This well rounded class is meant to empower students, by giving the option to speed up or slow down based on energy levels for that day. Take it at your own pace. :)
