This is for anyone who wants to release some stress, get out of their head, and tap into something deeper. We’ll spend three hours together—breathing, listening, and maybe even dipping into an ice bath if you’re up for it.
What’s going down:
• Guided Breathwork:
Deep, intentional breathing techniques to help you reset your nervous system and let go of whatever’s weighing you down. Enter a blissful state for the rest of the event and take these practices home with you for life.
• Sound Bath:
You’ll lie back and let the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and hand pans do their thing—no effort, just letting the sound wash over you. This is a true journey experience and is highly unique.
• Ice Bath:
Completely optional, but if you want to test your edge and see what you’re made of, this is your chance. It’s not about being tough—it’s about being present.
This isn’t about quick fixes or empty promises. It’s about giving yourself the space to let go, connect, and maybe even surprise yourself. If you’re looking for a real experience with real people, come through.
