Sacred Fire Wellness will be offering a morning retreat to welcome the light of the sun!! We will be offering two separate events consecutively, and you may attend one or both!!
We will begin the morning with a beautiful Summer Solstice Yoga class on the lawn of the Bell Mansion from 9am-10am with Collette. Start your day by greeting the sun and embracing the energy of the longest day of the year. This class includes grounding breathing exercises, pranayama techniques, energizing Sun Salutations, and a curated sequence of poses to celebrate the summer season. Begin your day with positivity, vitality, and a deep connection to nature.
Continue your peace-filled morning by coming inside the mansion to join a Summer Solstice Guided Meditation, Group Energy Healing, and Fire Ceremony following yoga at 10:30am. Kelly will offer group energy healing to balance the chakra system, a guided meditation to welcome the sun's energy, and a sacred candlelight fire ceremony to manifest your intentions. Sample Kelly's nourishing Sacred Intuitive Essential Oil blend, "Sol Fire, The Summer Blend," during the meditation. Bring journaling supplies and meditation cushions/blankets for your comfort.
Register for the meditation experience alone or add on your own personal "Sol Fire" blend to take home.
