As the individual recalls these past life memories, they may describe feelings, images, or scenes that feel vivid and real to them. The hypnotist helps the individual explore these memories, often encouraging them to reflect on how these past experiences might relate to their current life circumstances, emotions, or challenges. Proponents of past life regression claim that it can lead to insights, emotional healing, and personal growth, allowing individuals to understand phobias, relationship issues, and life patterns in a new light.
