Join Michelle for this session! Past life regression is a technique that involves using hypnosis to help individuals access memories of their past lives. The process is based on the belief that our souls can experience multiple lifetimes, and that these past experiences can affect our current life. During a typical past life regression session, a trained hypnotist guides the individual/individuals into a deeply relaxed state, often referred to as a trance. In this state, the individual is more open to suggestion and is able to access deeper levels of consciousness. The hypnotist may use various techniques, such as visualization, to help the person recall experiences from what they believe to be past lives.
As the individual recalls these past life memories, they may describe feelings, images, or scenes that feel vivid and real to them. The hypnotist helps the individual explore these memories, often encouraging them to reflect on how these past experiences might relate to their current life circumstances, emotions, or challenges. Proponents of past life regression claim that it can lead to insights, emotional healing, and personal growth, allowing individuals to understand phobias, relationship issues, and life patterns in a new light. While each individual/individuals experience is different, it is best to keep an open mind while exploring past life regression.
