You’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep running on empty.
Join me for The Summer Sessions, two soothing midweek evening yoga classes designed to help you pause, breathe, and recharge. Each session is 60 minutes of calm, care and deep rest — a chance to step away from the noise and return to yourself.
🌙 7 August – Yin Yoga
Slow down and stretch out with long-held floor poses designed to release physical tension, boost circulation, and support emotional balance. Yin is a quiet, grounding practice that meets you exactly where you are — especially when life feels hectic.
📍Location: Burnhead Community Centre
🕖 Time: 7.00pm–8.00pm
