Instructor Bios:
Allie Leith, of Restful Rising, is a certified sound healer dedicated to creating peaceful, transformative experiences through the power of vibration and frequency. With a background in holistic wellness, she uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and spoken voice to guide clients into deep states of relaxation and inner alignment. Restful Rising’s sessions are designed to support emotional release, energetic balance, and spiritual well-being.
Lili McGovern is a passionate Creative Frequency Coach dedicated to helping individuals unlock their insight through the transformative practice of intuitive painting. With her unique approach to painting as active meditation, Lili guides clients to access deeper states of presence, intuitive wisdom, and authentic self-expression through the contemplative application of color, form, and movement.
