June Tango Lessons & Practica!

Please join us for our weekly tango practica at the Majestic on Forest St, every Wednesday from 6:30pm-9:45pm.
For June, we'll be bridging into more open moves, taking the musicality lessons we learned in our May milonga series and applying them to a more intermediate skillset for golden age, vals, and nuevo.

Class Structure:

Beginner Class: 6:30-7:15pm
Intermediate Class: 7:15-8:15pm (recommend four beginner classes or private lessons before attending)
Open Dance: 8:15-9:45pm - All levels welcome!

Our syllabus adapts based on who's in attendance and how the group is progressing, so each week builds naturally on what we've learned together.

About the Instructors:
Rebecca Niemier is passionate about tango's unique ability to create respectful yet playful connections between partners, where dancers learn to be conscious of each other's needs and desires while expressing themselves to beautiful music.

David Beaumier brings experience as both a tango and fusion dancer who has taught and DJ'd at events and festivals throughout the Pacific Northwest. He loves dance as a form of connection and vulnerability that can offer real care for another human being.
