Midday Mindulness

Join Tim Burnett, Mindfulness Northwest’s Executive Director and Guiding Teacher, and our other teachers for an hour of live online mindfulness practice. Expect a guided meditation, a poem, short talk or theme to ponder, and some discussion in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
