We will have 3 free group workouts at 9:15am, 10:15am and 11:15am and demonstrations hosted at 9:45am + 10:45am. Tour the gym, meet our coaches, and relax in the sauna during your visit! We will have coffee from LongStory, Busy Body Meals will be here as well at MyoFit Therapy.
