EFT Academy Presents- Soccer Grind

Soccer Grind is Elite FT's soccer training circuit. This soccer-specific technical fitness workout will have the players rotate through stations to improve their technical ability, deceptive dribbling, core strength and overall fitness. Activities will include but not limited to: EFT's Icon Fast Feet, ball manipulation, speed ladders, core strength, burpees and more...

Sessions are limited to 32 players total, with four stations that keep groups small at just 8 athletes per coach.

Who: U8-U10; U11-U14; Boys & Girls; Club/Select players only
