Join Seven Acre this Fall as we welcome women trailblazers, pioneers, and superstars from our communities here in Wisconsin to our coasts. From Top Chef stars to New York Times Best Sellers, we’re excited to welcome an entirely women-led dinner series to explore diverse cuisines & celebrate the fall harvest.

SUJHEY BEISSER
September 10 I Cocktail Hour 5PM, Cooking Class & Dinner 6PM

A Native of Venezuela, Sujhey Beisser is a food blogger, personal chef, and cooking class instructor from Madison, WI. Since moving to Madison in 2001, Sujhey has become a leader in the Madison local food and Latino communities. She is a member of the Latino Professionals Association of Greater Madison and she serves on boards of the Madison Public Market Foundation and PBS Wisconsin. She is also the former president of Centro of Dane County.

Suhjey’s cooking class will teach participants how to make the most beloved of Venezuelan foods: arepas. The class will be followed up by a 4-course family-style Venezuelan dinner.

$85/pp + 20% service fee in lieu of gratuity.
