June's*FREE* Monthly Health and Wellness Class at the Bellefonte Library Community Room on Thursday, June 19th from 5:30-6:30, we're going to regulate our nervous systems and welcome in summer with a sound bath.

Seeds we've planted in the spring are starting to take root! Let's nurture and boost that energy together within our community, using the positive, healing vibration of sound. 🙌🏼🎶🌿

Be sure to bring your mat and/or a blanket to lie on and cover up with if you choose, as well as any pillows or bolsters for your head/hips/knees to aid in your comfort for the duration of a 45 minute session.

***If you cannot lie down on the floor, you can prop yourself against the wall or sit comfortably in a chair. Message to arrange accommodations if you are concerned. I'll do my best! 🫶🏼💜🌿✨

Space can be limited for this class, so please be sure to let me know if you'll be attending. I'll try to have a few extra mats/blankets/pillows available. I'm asking that you also refrain from wearing scents or perfumes to class due to some allergies and sensory sensitivities. Thank you! 🙏🏼
