HIIT Class – Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Start your weekend strong with our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class every Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. This high-energy session blends short bursts of intense movement with brief recovery periods to torch calories, build strength, and boost endurance.

Perfect for all fitness levels, this full-body workout is designed to challenge and motivate, with modifications offered for beginners and more advanced participants.

What to expect:

A mix of strength and cardio intervals
Bodyweight and resistance-based exercises
Expert instruction and an encouraging group atmosphere
A fun, fast-paced hour that leaves you feeling accomplished
Pricing:

Drop-in: $25 per class
Monthly pass: $100 for unlimited Saturday HIIT sessions (4–5 classes/month)
