Sharp Knives, Tools & Scissors Clinic

Every month more of you have gotten here to rehab your dull knives. But even so, many of you have missed the last three time Jay has come to Belen. Sharp Knives cut, Dull Knives don’t. It’s time for that to change. Jay can sharpen almost everything with a blade. Kitchen, hunting, pocket knives. Scissor made useful again.

Jay Thomas has been sharpening the Brewery’s cutlery for several years and all my folding pocket knives.

This is an opportunity having such a master come to us here in Belen, Rio Communities and Los Lunas. $5.00 a blade is a steal to make you look great carving for everyday and put aside for holiday use.

Also the frozen Margarita and Whiskey Sour machine debuts for the season tonight. Full food menu from our kitchen and food truck too. Historic building reminiscent of a 50-60’s rural pub. Tom’s Trains Running on the Ceiling.
