a special twist on Our monthly 40k tournament with 10th edition
this will be a special doubles team tournament utilizing Warhammer 40k 10th edition. We will be using the PARIAH NEXUS GRAND tournament mission pack.
missions will be posted the day before.
doors at 9 dice at 10
$50 entry/ team
10th edition rules
players may play tactical or set secondary
16 team cap
all players will get 10pts for paint
special rules for our teams
each codex can only be used once/team (for imperial and chaos this means if someone is running deamons or agents they can not be taken as allies in your teammates list)
Each player will make a 1250pt list so each team will be 2500pts
army rules only affect that army (no oaths of moment for guard sorry)
scoring will be done as a single team.
core stratagems can only be used one each turn per team so be sure to communicate.
each player will generate 1 cp at the start of the turn as they would in normal play, these cp can NOT be shared with their teammate. any additional cp generated by a player is a team cp and can be used by either teammate for any stratagem. your team can not generate more than 1 additional cp in a battle round as per normal rules.
(so the beginning of the round each player generates 1 cp, a marine player has Calgar in their list so at the beginning of their turn their team gets 1 extra cp either of them Can use. if the marines teammate has leontis who also generates an additional cp, they do not get any additional cp from that ability)
