Sometimes the best conversations don’t happen in a rush — they happen when we slow down, walk side by side, and let connection unfold at its own pace. That’s what Slow & Steady is all about.

Join us for our next community walk at Bedok Reservoir. Whether you live with chronic illness, are in recovery, or simply want to take things slower, this is a space to unwind, share stories (or silence), and just be.

And after the walk, we’ll be having dinner together nearby (self-paid) — because sometimes connection tastes better over a meal.
