On 18th October, we gather for two nourishing hours of movement, somatic practices, and shared reflection. This is an invitation to pause, soften inward, and connect authentically with one another.

✨ Together we will:

1. Explore body–mind connection through gentle Pilates & fascia release
2. Learn simple tools for nervous system awareness & steadiness
3. Share presence, stories, and have fun connecting in circle

No experience needed — just come as you are, with openness and curiosity. Let’s tend to our inner weather and celebrate our shared aliveness and joy.
