Introduce your child to the game of golf or help them refine their skills at the Summer Junior Classes at Omni Bedford Springs Resort. Led by PGA Professional Jim Woods and his team of assistant instructors, this engaging four-day program is designed for young golfers aged 8 to 13, accommodating all skill levels from beginners to advanced players.
Each day, from Monday, July 21, through Thursday, July 24, sessions run from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM (EDT), focusing on short game and full swing techniques, course management, and understanding the rules of golf. The curriculum emphasizes fun and safety, incorporating drills, games, and friendly competitions. Participants are grouped by age and ability to ensure personalized instruction and a strong student-to-teacher ratio.
The cost for the program is $200 per participant, with payment due in full on the first day of the session. Please ensure your child wears proper golf attire, including sneakers or golf shoes, and dresses appropriately for the weather. In case of inclement weather, decisions regarding the session will be made on the day. If your child requires golf clubs, please message us through the app to reserve them in advance.
