Integrated Somatic Yoga Therapy is a combination of Somatic Movement for releasing tension and anxiety from the nervous system, Pilates for lengthening and strengthening muscle and connective tissue and Hatha Yoga for all round Well-Being, each week is different as I plan my practice around 'you' the practitioners and what you/your Body requires through observation and dialogue, this way we can create a mindful practice that combines Yoga Asana and Pilates with Somatic movements so you can improve flexibility and mobility, relieve tension and stress as well as promote all round 'Good' Health.
Applying practice and education we focus on the body's sensations and movements, tuning in and using a layered format so you can take ownership of your Body and your Practice promoting self awareness and confidence on your journey to 'getting better'!
