Chakra Cleansing Series: THE ROOT

Join us for the next installment in our Chakra series as we dive deeper into the Root Chakra. In this interactive class we will learn about both the blocked and the overactive Root chakra, complete with some journal prompts, more crystal and yoga work. We will finish it off with a short meditation to clear and balance our Root. Come prepared for some gentle yoga moves, bring pen and paper for journaling and room for a little nourishment.

If you attended the first session, please bring your root chakra crystal, but we will have extras on hand for class use if you forget yours or did not attend the first session.
