Soma Yoga Flow

Join us in this beautiful Zen space as we tap into the body and then we go into our Asana flow where we’re moving energy, creating more range of motion, creating more ease in the body strengthening and creating more balance and then will wrap up with a guided meditation blessing the energy centers in the body. All levels are welcome. I have Mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own and if you would like to bring blocks or a pillow, you are very welcome too as well. Looking forward to leading you in this practice.

Lowering cortisol, lowering inflammation in the body , and resetting and regulating the nervous system. So many benefits just show up and I will meet you.
