SUP yoga & floating sound bath

Come join us for a unique and special experience!!

Attendees will be guided through a Stand Up Paddle board yoga session led by Jess from Barefoot Adventures, after which they will be instructed how to attach their SUP to the provided anchor!

During the extended savasana sound healing, students will be able to completely relax into their floating meditation while Beth from Ancestral Wisdom Healing serenades the group with a harmonious and tranquil sound bath on the water!

The sound healing meditation will feature Crystal Tones alchemy bowls, the highest quality crystal bowls in the world.
Beth’s personal collection includes bowls made of moldavite, emerald, smoky quartz, ruby, Sedona redrock & more!

Location: Bayview park 68th St, Long Beach Island
