Monthly Kirtan

Kirtan is a call and response style singing of Sanskrit mantras.
Originating in ancient India, its purpose is to awaken or strengthen one's connection to the divine source.
The repetition of mantras is said to help transcend mental activity while promoting peace & relaxation.
