Japanese women's pro wrestling (joshi puroresu) has delivered the best of pro wrestling since the mid 20th century.
In the 1970s, joshi wrestling brought us stars who were not only undeniably tough and impressive heroes in the ring but also chart-topping idols in Japanese pop music.
By the 1990s, American fans came to know the joshi wrestling as the innovators of many of the coolest new moves used by wrestlers of all genders in the US and around the world.
We're lighting the SPARK to make joshi puroresu the international cultural phenomenon it deserves to be... And it's only the beginning.
At Spark Joshi Lady Luck in Las Vegas on Mania Week 2025, Texan local "Player One" VertVixen won the Spark Joshi Pacific Championship title. Now, she will bring the belt to Spark Joshi's first Texas show!
Spark Joshi brings the stars of Japanese women's pro wrestling to the Houston, TX area in association with New Texas Pro, United 210, and Hybrid School of Wrestling!
