Event Schedule
Open practice on Friday the 30th from 12pm midday till late.

Saturday the 31st of May 2025 – day/night event.
7.30am: Venue opens
Scrutineering
Controlled practice
Drivers Meeting
8:30am Seeding begins

Weekend Race Format:
1 x 3 min seeding round from 8:30am on Saturday morning

2 x qualifying rounds

3 x finals

Class entry fees
First class: $25
Second class: $20

-Max 2 classes per person

-No cross-entry for sanctioned TC classes

Classes and class limits
Class entry limits with early preferences to club members:

ISTC 21.5 – 30 entries

ISTC 13.5 – 20 entries

ISTC Open – 20 entries

TCR – 10 entries

GT – 10 entries

50PLUS – 20 entries (17.5t with TC ruleset. Cross entry with ISTC allowed)

KYOSHO – 10 entries

1/12 STOCK – 10 entries

Pitting
Members will have priority to indoor pit spots in the club rooms.

Marquees/table and chairs can be supplied for interstate and long distance travelers.

People can pit and setup marquees around the outside of the tennis court fence just like the Vic’s last year!

Tyres & Goop
Control tires are any Volante and Control Goop is ATS.
Both products available from the BRCCC before and during the event.
Tyres $46/set (Volante v9x)
Goop $30

Compounds used and the amount of sets of tires used for the event is open for all classes except TCR which must use spoked rim’s.

Rules
Any charging over 10amps and the use of dischargers is not allowed/permitted at BRCCC due to insurance and safety of Charging!

Boronia Committee holds the rights to change the events program and schedule!
