Crystal Bowls & Restorative Yoga

Bliss + Bliss The healing sounds of the Crystal Bowls are paired with extra gentle restorative yoga postures. Wind down after the week and give yourself a much deserved break with this blissful 75 minute class in our Studio space. The instructor guides you into a limited number of postures, using all the studio props and plays the healing sounds of the bowls that help passively align your body's energy centers. This is a great class to bring a bestie or a date. No experience necessary, just the desire to chillax.
$19 per person, use Ticket link to register. Pre-registration is required and space is limited for this special class. Bring a yoga mat with you if you have one, shared studio props are available to borrow. We suggest bringing a pillow slip or hand towel to place on the bolster for your comfort.
