We’re kicking off Back Forty Fest weekend with a Friday night pre-party you won’t want to miss. Join us on the patio for a live set from The Winter Sloths, an alt rock band out of Fergus Falls known for their gritty guitar work, synthy layers, and lyrics that hit you right in the feels.

This crew isn’t just noise—they’ve been making waves across Minnesota with singles that dive into real stuff: identity, change, and mental health. Their debut album drops this year, and we’ve got them right here in Baxter the night before the big show.
