Tai Ji Qi Gong - ever Monday

Discover the calming and restorative power of Tai Ji Qi Gong, a mind-body practice, based on Tai Ji Quan. This class emphasizes relaxation, stamina, overall fitness, and meditative aspects.

The movements we practice focus on being slow, flowing, and repetitive. We do not practice a specific form, nor does this class teach Tai Ji Quan.

All experience levels are welcome! Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your skills, the exercises can be tailored to the specific needs of each practitioner. Everyone can find a way to support their own health and well-being.
