With the pressures of our time, more people are turning to alternative methods for creating wholeness and balance. We’re constantly exposed to the world’s heaviness in ways we weren’t before. Our brains and nervous systems haven’t evolved to handle this level of negativity, so people are burning out. Mental health struggles and illness are rising. Many feel fear and powerlessness, especially in marginalized communities.
The pervasive sickness we collectively feel can be a call for personal destruction or fierce empowerment to create change, but it's up to you. The latent power within you has been stereotyped by calling it Woo or New Age, criticized as magical thinking, and discounted for being unattainable and a sham. However, that's precisely what those who want control over humans for power and greed want. Make no mistake that the dumbing down of your power is on purpose.
What can we do to bolster our humanity right now, heal and fortify our nervous systems, and use our God-given divinity to feel full of life as we perceive things to crumble around us rapidly?
The key is to double down on your self-care and how you relate to and use your body, mind, and life force. Your bodies are your most powerful tools for creating a more purposeful, joyful, and positive life. You can expand your ability to meet life by healing your nervous system with food, breath, movement, and thoughtful practices.
In the first part of this workshop you will learn practical and doable skills for regulating nervous system and emotions on the fly through movement, breathing, and daily rituals. In the second part, you experience a ritual breathwork ceremony that combines a three-part healing breathing technique, guided meditation, and sound healing.
