RUN RIOT Punish Sessions

Session will take place on the path at the top of Mt Pan.

Details of the session are:

Hill Session

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.

Session:

• 20min
200m up at 75% form effort 200m jog down recovery

2min active recovery

• 3min 75% threshold effort on rolling path.

PURPOSE: Back to the top of mountain to begin prep for the Punish in 2025. A shorter climb to practice form and control, finishing with a short effort to get the legs going at the top.

Location - Walter J Macphillamy Park, top of Mount Panorama, Bathurst.

Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.

Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
