RUN RIOT Kids Spring Holidays FUNdamentals

Dates – Wednesday 1st + Wednesday 8th October

Time – 9.30am - 10.30am

Location – Morse Park, Bathurst

Cost - $10:00 per session

DETAILS: Each Wednesday at 9:30am during the upcoming July holidays we will be holding Kids FUNdamentals sessions which look to develop athletics in a fun environment. The sessions will involved a range of running based drills, games and activities. All sessions will be structured and look to develop each runners individual needs and goals. Sessions will be conducted by experienced Athletics Australia Coach, Wes Gibson. Suitable for all runners aged 5 to 14 years, other ages by enquiry.

Pre-booking is preferred to avoid missing out, but not essential - numbers will be capped for each session.

Equipment – clothing appropriate to the conditions on the day, running shoes, water bottle and any required medication (asthma puffer)
