2025 BATHURST ANNIVERSARY DUATHLON

BACKGROUND:
The Bathurst Wallabies Triathlon Club was founded in 2006 when it could only race Duathlons (Run/Ride/Runs) due to the unavailability of a swim venue. To celebrate the establishing of the sport in Bathurst the club is hosting “The Wallabies Anniversary Duathlon” at Harris Park Mt Panorama Sunday 9/11/2025.
This event will be run on closed road and looks to be an exciting opportunity to participant in the sport. Check the club’s Facebook page for more information as it becomes available.
DETAILS:
Sunday 9/11/2025 - Bathurst Anniversary Duathlon (Event No3 – Harris Park, Bottom of Mount Panorama/Wahluu, Bathurst)...
Senior racing expected to start a 8:30am will be approximately 2km Run/ 13km Ride / 2km Run with a teams entry available. There will also be Junior Support Events after the senior race.
Juniors to be split into Joeys (5-8yrs) and Boomers (8-12yrs). The distances for these events can vary depending on the participants and conditions. As a general guide the basic Boomers course is 500m Run then 3.5km Bike and then 500m run. While the basic Joeys Course is 200m Run 2.25km ride and 100m Run.
