"This class is perfect for anyone looking to build strength, balance, and confidence through handstands, acrobatic movements, and exciting tricks—whether you’re a complete beginner or already just as happy on your hands as on your feet!
You’ll work on a mix of handstands, rolls, cartwheels, balances, and dynamic transitions, with progressions tailored to your individual level. Whether you're mastering your first handstand or refining advanced acro skills, this class will help you improve control, coordination, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment."
