Funky Pole (sample session)

Join the Monkey Tribe for their first/second session of the month, where we go over the fundamentals and put in the building blocks for this month's progressive program.
"This class is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students. Each month, you'll learn a brand-new combo, working towards perfecting it into a beautiful routine. The difficulty will be adjusted to suit your individual level, so whether you're just starting or already a little pole monkey, there's something for everyone!
