Funky Mixed Aerial (Sample Session)

Join the Monkey Tribe for their first/second session of the month, where we go over the fundamentals and put in the building blocks for this month's progressive program.

With mixed equipment that changes each month, including Slings, Hoop, Rings, Silks and Trapeze, you’ll get to try different apparatuses, discovering what you love while building strength, confidence, and creativity in the air. Each month, you’ll learn a brand-new combo that develops into a stunning routine, with modifications to suit your individual level. Whether you’re working on graceful poses, dynamic transitions, or playful spins, there’s something for everyone!"
