Aerial Sling (Sample Session)

Join the Monkey Tribe for their first/second session of the month, where we go over the fundamentals and put in the building blocks for this month's progressive program.
"Whether you’re a total beginner or already a seasoned aerialist, this class is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and fluidity—all while having fun in the air.
Our silks are rigged as a hammock, making them more accessible for beginners while still offering plenty of challenges for experienced students. Each month, you’ll learn a brand-new combo that will be developed into a graceful routine, with modifications to suit your individual level. Expect beautiful poses, dynamic transitions, and plenty of opportunities to spin, flip, and flow!
