A day-long workshop in Bath next month; exploring embodiment, breath, and pelvic wellbeing - with space for movement, dance, and some hooping for fluidity, flow and much-needed fun 🌀

Time and space to meet yourself - as you are - with curiosity and kindness

This workshop is a mini retreat: time to slow down, rest, move, and reconnect with your pelvic centre in a new way.
We’ll explore stillness, guided movement, and simple anatomy to help you build awareness and ease.

No experience needed. This session is especially for women approaching midlife who’ve experienced pelvic issues in the past, or who want to support themselves through this next phase of life.

Price for the day includes a dance hoop for you to keep.
