RECCE Ridge - San Basilo

The Ridge (RIFT Airsoft) - Barton Le Clay (near Luton), MK45 4LG
Story:
The 4th brigade's initial tasks involved securing strategic positions and assisting in the advancement of the British 8th Army.
Along their path to Gioia Del Coll, the 156 Parachute Battalion encountered fearce enemy resistance. To the North of Castellanata a German Force of two Companies of the 1st Falschirmjager Division along with volunteer Italian forces were entrenched.
Colonel des Voeux decided to have C/Coy and HQ/Coy defend San Basilo, whilst A and B/Coy prepared to moved towards Castellaneta where they would attack Enemy positions from Recce Ridge. Advancing Hedge to Hedge….
Objectives:
• BREAKTHROUGH – A/Coy, 156.Para.Bn must advance and capture the high ground above Castellaneta for B/Coy to echelon through with A/Coy remaining in fire support.
• HOLD – 1.FJR.Div must HOLD their strategic high ground above Castellaneta and repel the advancing British Forces. Counter-attack if possible.

• Sub Machine guns limited to Squad Leaders, 2ic’s and Officers only. Let’s try to maximise the number of rifles in use! If you do not have a Rifle you will be locked to semi-auto only.
Ages 13-16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Prices:
• Full Weekend Event - £110. £30 deposit to secure place, full payment upon signing in at event.
• Single day - £60. £30 deposit to secure place, full payment upon signing in at event.
• Sniper Roles (4 slots per side)
• Medics Roles (2 Slots per side)
Rental Kits:
• Rental Rifles £30 per rifle for the weekend.

As mentioned before, not adhering to these timings has previously lead to delays. From this event onwards the scheduled events will take place as stated below. The game will start without YOU. YOU will then wait for us to give you a safety brief and chrono before you can play.
If you have a long drive, please allocate extra time in your journey to allow for extra traffic or road closures.
