ABOUT CEREMONIAL GRADE CACAO
Cacao is essentially chocolate in it's rawest form (without all the nasties) and it has been used for thousands of years. Originating in Ancient Mesoamerica, cacao has found its way to the West and it is often used in ceremony and ritual but also just as a daily drink due to it's endless health benefits. Cacao is a heart opening medicine that allows us the fully drop into our bodies but also brings people together to create a sense of community.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Journey to Heka - Stephanie is qualified shamanic practitioner, cacao + blue lotus facilitator and professional dancer with a deep connection to Ancient Egypt. She has been travelling to Egypt for the past 21 years and studies the Egyptian pantheon bringing this to life through monthly sacred cacao + blue lotus ceremonies. She also holds ecstatic dance events across the Bedfordshire area. Stephanie has a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance and has danced since the age of 3.
