SUP Technical/ Improver Course

A 2 hour bespoke Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) improver session for adults hosted from Barry Yacht Club. Small intimate groups for an enriched experience. 1 INSTRUCTOR with 6 PARTICIPANTS.
All equipment is provided if required: SUP board, leash, paddle, wetsuit (boots if required) and PFD.
The 'SUP Improver Course' is a great way to develop your SUP skills and find out more about this incredible sport. This course will help you take your next paddle boarding steps, focus areas will be: 1) kit set up 2) safety considerations - location, weather, kit requirements 3) paddle stroke technique 4) technical skills such as turning. Photograph and video analysis will be used along with written feedback after the session.
