Strength & Flexibility: A Yoga Workshop for Body & Mind

Join us for an empowering yoga workshop designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate inner resilience. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers accessible practices that meet you where YOU are.
Rooted in ancient techniques and modern understanding, this workshop will explore how physical strength and flexibility are deeply connected to mental clarity and emotional balance. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, you'll learn how to strengthen your body and steady your mind.

We start our four week workshop on Sunday the 13th of July at 9.30am for an hour of connection and setting our foundation. We will then meet on the 20th July, 17th August and 24th August at the same time, same place.
The cost of this workshop is just £20 payable on booking, either through PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
