About the event

Coastal SUP Skills: Theory & Practical

During this 4 hour session we will explore all things SUP at the coast, covering both theory and practical skills.
Small intimate groups for an enriched experience: 1 instructor with 6 students.
Individuals must have some flat water SUP experience. (If you are unsure please contact us to discuss.)

We will focus upon:

* Planning - weather/ tides/ access

* Safety

* Equipment

* Skill
