This September, we warmly invite you to join us for a soothing and accessible Chair Yoga journey, designed especially for those who wish to explore yoga in a safe and supportive way.
Together, each Sunday morning, we will learn how to gently bring body and mind into the present moment. Using the comfort of a chair for stability, we’ll explore simple movements, breathwork (pranayama), and guided meditation practices that ease tension, improve circulation, and calm the mind.
