�Domestic Abuse Awareness Demonstration�

On the 25th of October, I’ll be holding a Domestic Abuse Awareness Demonstration in Barrow Town Centre.
This cause is something I hold very close to my heart. My aim isn’t to raise money—it’s to raise awareness. I want to shine a light on:
• The signs of domestic abuse and how to recognise them
• The help and support that’s out there for those in need
• The devastating outcomes domestic abuse can lead to if it goes unnoticed or unspoken
This is my first time organising something like this, and I’ll be stepping a little outside of my comfort zone. But if even one person finds hope, support, or the courage to speak up because of this event, then it will all be worth it.
� If you’re local, please come down and show your support. Even just standing with us helps to break the silence. Together, we can spread awareness, show survivors they are not alone, and keep important conversations alive.
