🧘 BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat (limited mats available)

Laurie has guided well over a thousand classes — think less “perfect poses” and more “move your body, find your edge, have a blast.” She mixes mindful movement with just the right dose of rock-and-roll attitude, helping people shake off the stress and come home to themselves — no judgment, no pressure, just real connection.
