Accessible Forest Bathing with Beth at the Tranquility Garden

Take a moment to connect with your surroundings. Forest bathing (or forest therapy) guides you to take in, with all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere. Join Beth Foster at the Tranquility Garden for a free session for ages 14+. This session is geared towards people with limited mobility or who may need extra assistance to participate.

The activity will be assisted with chairs and is open for caregivers to participate.
