Renew + Release

Experience renewal and release at the end of the day as you move with intention, guided by breath that supports each posture, opening the body and quieting the mind.
This class includes a slow to moderate flow of yoga asanas infused with carefully selected essential oils. End your Monday evening with a deeper connection to yourself through your practice, all within the supportive energy of community.
