Full Moon Chandra Flow Pop Up

Join Brandy as we acknowledge and cultivate the moon's soothing and cooling lunar energy with a beautiful Chandra Flow to help calm the nervous system and prepare for deeper rest under the moonlight.
Through gentle posture guidance, this gentle, rhythmic sequence opens the body from side to side, front to back, guiding energy down through the lower body, aiding in our digestion and flexibility as we move in a circular movement around the mat as we honor our practice.
